Description
I engage in Mar Training’s 75-minute sessions three times a week for additional fitness, agility, stamina and mobility. Coach Daniel Mar trains Olympic athletes and national champions. He works on my physical fitness, but also my mental toughness and resilience. He’s extremely challenging, but worth every minute! I am willing to do the extra work to continue to progress as a high-academics student athlete at the highest level.
