Working Speed, Balance, Agility and Reactive Intelligence drills for 1st Base. 1st drill working glove hand speed for hard hit ball. 2nd drill balance and throws over to first. The blue pads great for leg strength for uneven fields. 3rd drill agility and lateral movement. Need good feet at first. All the drills are more alive because or the randomness of pads which train quick decision making.
