Personal Statement
My name is Taylor Huff and my primary position is OF, but I can also play first base. I have been on the Woodgrove Varsity Softball team since my freshman year. I am a multi-sport athlete that also plays basketball and volleyball. I started playing softball when I was 5 years old. I played 10U-14U, then started with Tristate Thunder Nova 18U. That big jump helped me compete at a higher level and has only strengthened my goal of playing in college. Outside of softball practice, I take hitting lessons, work on throwing progressions to keep my arm and muscles working, do cardio (I love taking my dog with me on runs), body weight exercises, and I do agility and strength training. My dream is to play softball at a college that fits both academically and on the softball field.
