Personal Statement
My name is Sydney ‘Syd’ Griffin. I’m a RHP for Impact Gold National 16U NTX. I am a 2025 student-athlete at Liberty Christian School. Notable awards: Newcomer of the Year, 2X-LCS MVP, District MVP, District Pitcher of the Year, 3X-1st team All-District, 1st team All-State. I finished my junior year with 133 K’s in 114 innings pitched. I am a member of Pre-med club and Spanish club and completed an internship with our athletic trainer this year, as I plan to major in Exercise Science/Kinesiology and want to become an athletic trainer. When not playing softball, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my golden retriever, Nash. I also love hunting with my dad. Softball has been a part of my life since I was 7 and I’ve always had the dream/goal of playing at the next level!
