Personal Statement
My name is Sophia Casalinuovo; I am a Junior at St. Thomas Aquinas High School, located in Edison, NJ. I plan to major in Physical Therapy/Athletic Training and minor in business. The purpose of this statement is to express my desire and passion to pursue softball at the college level. Softball has offered me so many amazing opportunities and has connected me with so many great coaches and players. I fully understand that academics are the most essential element of college, but I believe that being part of a team creates lifelong bonds, teamwork, and character. Throughout my high school years, I have always tested myself with difficult classes. I believe that the only way to get better at something is by challenging and pushing yourself to the limit.
