Personal Statement
My name is Shayna Tobin. I currently play as a forward for Maryland United FC 2009 ECNL. I attend Severn Run High School and play on the Varsity Girls Soccer team. During my freshman season, I was awarded “Second Team All-County.” Playing at the next level has been a goal of mine since I first stepped on the field at 5 years old. As an attacking player, understanding when to check to the ball and when to make runs in behind are vital parts of my game. I often find myself in positions that allow me to take shots creating opportunities for my team. I strive to become the best version of myself and to reach my highest potential academically and athletically.
