Personal Statement
My name is Shaenyn (pronounced SHAY-nen) and I didn't realize until I was 12 how much I loved softball and competing. I also love to sing and was "Anna" in our school's musical, "Frozen." I stay busy, but still make time for grades. I have only ever made "A's" on my report card. It started as a challenge to make the "all-A honor roll" longer than my brother, which I did! My brother, Seth is my role model. He was a 4 yr var basketball player in HS then was a manager and grad assistant in college. After graduating he became lead assistant at Carroll College in Helena, MT. This year (2023) he accepted a job as lead assistant at Western Colorado. He will be a head coach one day, because he works hard and doesn’t quit; Something I have learned from him.
