Personal Statement
My name is Penelope Saenz. I'm a 9th grader at Galena Park High School, and a member of the 2024 class. As a student-athlete, my goal is to earn a college degree while being a part of a softball program that sets high standards for their athletes. I pride myself on my work ethic and my ability to be a leader. I enjoy competition and strive to be the best at all that I do. I enjoy working with young players and always strive to help all of the players around me. I believe that this opportunity has taught me so much about myself and that working hard is essential in life. I enjoy family time, shopping, traveling, and cooking.
