Paige Johnson

I love softball! I found it later than most, picked up my first bat at 11, when I decided to play rec because a friend of mine signed up, best thing I ever did. I was awful but had patient coaches, teammates and parents that supported my unwavering desire to be better. Going into my third season with TX Unity Softball, I can say the desire to keep getting better grows every day. I like the "hard" of the game and the heart of my teammates as we push each other and the way I feel all over after playing all weekend in a tournament. I thank God for this sport and hope to continue playing for a long time - no matter the level - I just want to play.
