Personal Statement
I am Morgan Riley, although on the field, many know me as Mo. I currently play for Maryland United FC 2009 ECNL, where I play as an outside back and midfielder. I am also a captain for the varsity girls soccer team at Bishop McNamara High School. I was awarded "All WCAC Honorable Mention” after my freshman and sophomore seasons. However, my achievements are not limited to the field. I am in the honors program and currently have a 4.3 GPA. As a player, I join the attack by making runs forward, have good 1v1 defending skills, and hustle to win the ball. Leadership is another quality in which I take pride. I communicate with my teammates and coaches, think of ways my team can improve, and give encouragement.
