Personal Statement
My name is McKenzie Thornton. Sophomore-Class of 2027. Varsity Volleyball player since Freshman year as the starting Libero. Started playing school volleyball at ten years old, and then club at the age of twelve. I absolutely fell in love with volleyball from day one. I genuinely love just to play. There are so many life lessons and skills to be learned in sports, and volleyball has taught me so many important ones. Nothing would make me happier than to take my athletic career to the next level after high school and play collegiate volleyball. I would love the opportunity to continue being part of a team. A team that encourages and motivates each other along with coaches that care and push us to be our best.
