Personal Statement
Hi my name is Maya Snow, a high school sophomore student athlete graduating for the class of 2027. I’ve been playing softball since I was 5 years old and hope to continue playing softball into college. I plan to attend a University where I can get my degree in Medical Sciences in hopes to become a surgeon for the future. Aside from softball, I’m also in a flag football high school league. By playing for these teams, I’ve learned what it means to be adaptable to different positions and have prioritized sports as a way to be involved socially and hope to get academic scholarships. When I’m not on the field, I love spending time outdoors with my family and friends. I hope by continuing my softball career I can open doors to future opportunities.
