Personal Statement
My name is Makenzie Sais, I prefer to go by Mak. I graduate in the 2024 class from Frederick High School. During my recent high school season I was ranked 1st in state and 2nd in the nation for stolen bases (62), I also broke the season (62) and career (122) record for stolen bases at my high school. I was honored as Longs Peak Player of the Year, 1st Team All Conference, and First Team All State. I currently play for Batbusters 18u Gold- Smith. I’m interested in studying Forensic Science in college while continuing my softball career. Softball has helped me understand the importance of hard work and learning from mistakes. I have learned to never take it for granted as it shaped me to become the person I am today both on and off the field. Thank you for your time in reviewing my profile.
