Personal Statement
Hello coaches, My name is Makayla (KK) Salcedo, and I’m an 8th grader at Newtown Middle School. Although I have many passions, softball has my whole heart. I started playing softball at four years old and been in love with the game since. I’m currently on OC Batbusters Lemon, hitting Coach Mike Stith and fielding Coach Chris Garcia. I’m also apart of ASB and the Yearbook club at my school. I take great pride in being a student athlete. I’m in all honors classes with a 4.0 gpa. I’m a hard worker, love learning and very coachable.
