Personal Statement
I’m Makayla! I began playing competitively when I was 7. Playing softball has been influential and has taught me many qualities and life skills. Leadership, hard-work, dedication, teamwork, communication and more. Team bonding and working together is one of my favorite things. I enjoy learning new skills and am always looking for corrective feedback. I strive to be challenged academically and athletically. I take my academic career seriously, challenging myself with AP classes. My collegiate academic interest is health science, specifically sports medicine. I challenge myself athletically by participating in weight conditioning, basketball, track.I challenge myself further by playing softball competitively in an older age bracket.I'm dedicated to working hard to obtain my goals and dreams.
