Personal Statement
From the first time I stepped on the court, I have aspired to play at the collegiate level. I am a physical player with strong ball handling skills, soft hands, and a high basketball and academic IQ. I am a team leader and try to lead by example while also encouraging my teammates. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working players for any team. Off the court, I work hard on maintaining a 3.9 or higher GPA. I run cross country and sprinting event on the track team. I volunteer in my community and I am currently a member of our student government. I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the basketball court. I am open for an opportunity and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible.
