Personal Statement
Hello! My name is Kyra Nguyen ("Win") #54 and I have been playing softball since I was 4 years old. I also played club volleyball for 3 years. I was selected as a 15U HPP Top Performer for Team USA and recognized on the Softball America Class of 2026 Hot Watch List. I am a straight A student and aspire to follow both of my parents’ careers of becoming a doctor. I was awarded Best All-Around and Top Geometry Student. As a sophomore, our high school won the TAPPS 6A Div I State Championship and I was selected on the All-State Tournament Team. In addition, I was recognized as a 2x All-State, 2x All-District, Team Offensive MVP, and Newcomer of the Year (as a freshman). I enjoy hanging out with my friends, traveling, and spending time with my family.
