Personal Statement
Ever since I stepped on the softball field since I was 5 years old, I knew this would be my sport. It has given me the best of friends and taught me so many lessons. I enjoy playing as a team, and working for a common goal. As a pitcher, I have a strong arm and good control, allowing me to effectively locate my pitches and keep hitters off balance. I also have a variety of pitches in my arsenal that allow me to adapt to different situations and hitters and adjust my approach. As a first baseman, I have excellent defensive skills, with the ability to field ground balls cleanly and make accurate throws.
