Personal Statement
I have been playing soccer since I was three years old, and I immediately fell in love with the game and how, whenever I was playing, it felt like a breath of fresh air and an escape from everything going on around me. Next, I have aways been defensive minded and usually stood out for my defense in any sport I play, although I love the urgency to attack and will occasionally take the ball up field when there is open space. I also take accountability of communicating with my teammates on and off the field, whether that's telling them to mark someone or giving them confidence when they are having a rough game.
