Personal Statement
My dream school has a competitive softball program with a strong business department. I am a very competitive athlete with a high softball IQ. I work hard in the classroom, and I have a 3.76 unweighted GPA and a 3.91 weighted GPA. I move smoothly, quickly and use my strong arm wisely. I trust in my abilities and allow myself time to field the ball cleanly and get set before I throw for the out. My versatility as a lefty slapper that has both speed and power is a great asset, as many teams are not sure what I will do next. My work ethic is very strong, and I put in extra work outside of scheduled team practice. I love to compete and am willing to earn my playing time.
