Personal Statement
My name is Kayla Porter and I have been playing softball since I was 7. My passion position is catcher, but have been used as a utility player as well. I am a junior at Queen Creek High School in Queen Creek, AZ. Outside of softball, I work hard to maintain straight A's at school and I participate in Girl Scouts, athletic training, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, National Honor Society, and volunteer activities at my church. This year I will be serving as Vice President of our Health Occupations Student Association at school. I also enjoy giving catching lessons to girls in the Little League softball organization in my community.
