Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Karissa Green. I am a 2026 pitcher/first base. I am a sophomore student at Eleanor Roosevelt High School, in Eastvale, CA. My most recent GPA was a 4.0 I am a strong right handed pitcher. My best pitch is my drop curve which I can throw for accuracy and movement. I also hit as well with 6 OTF home runs throughout my whole softball career. I train with my pitching coach Chrissy Haines in Anaheim or Murrieta and we work on getting my legs stronger to push off, keeping good stamina, working my fingers/wrist for spin rates and movement, and much more. When I am not playing or training for softball, I enjoy spending time with family, going to the beach, and painting.
