Personal Statement
I will be first generation from my family going to college. I have been playing softball for 8 years. Started when I was 4 just with T-ball until I was 9 then a break due to family reasons and got back into it when I turned 15. A part of me didn’t want to play but once I got back on that field a feeling of peace and purposefulness came about to me.
