Personal Statement
Hi there! My name is Julia Barta, and I’ve been playing this wonderful game since I’ve been 5. I am coachable and determined, and I am always looking for ways to push myself to be the best athlete I can be. I will make sure to put in as much work as I need to, and firmly believe that working hard is how you find success. Not only do I thrive on the field, but I am also a hardworking student outside of softball. I have been a "straight A" student almost my whole life, and I make sure to stay on top of my game and my studies! I am also taking several Dual Credit and advanced placement classes. I have a love for the game itself, but also the bonds you can make with your fellow teammates and coaches. I can’t wait to play at the next level in college, and I will keep working hard until then!
