Personal Statement
My name is Jayden Cortez, and I currently play for NexGen 18u Gold Hernandez. I attend Lake Travis High School and have been starting on varsity for two years, playing outfield and pitching. Softball has taught me a lot about being a good person, but it has also given me a lifetime of memories and friendships. When it comes to softball, I am a very hard worker and will always be willing to be coached. I am very supportive towards my teammates whether I'm playing or sitting. Going into college, I plan to study criminology or forensic science as well as playing softball.
