Personal Statement
I have been playing volleyball since I was 10 years old. I fell in love with the sport after watching my older sister, mom, and dad’s passion for volleyball while growing up. Between my high school team and club teams I have played almost every position. I am a very versatile player that is ready to step in whenever needed. I am also a swimmer. I have been on a swim team since the age of 6. Swimming has helped my game by helping me build strength and mobility. In a game that’s all about team, I know what it means to be a positive person on and off the court. Due to my calm demeanor, confidence on the court, and knowledge of the game, my coach has named me a court captain. I am looking forward to continuing my training to play at the highest level possible.
