Emethystlou Ledbetter

I first stepped on the diamond playing tee-ball baseball at the age of 4 and moved to playing softball. I have aspired to play collegiate softball since 8u watching the WCWS. I know playing in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my whole life. As a center fielder and catcher, I’m a team leader who strives to be positive, and lead by example while also encouraging my teammates. I’m very coachable, strive to be one of the hardest working players and recruits you’ll find. In the classroom, I study hard to maintain a high GPA. In my free time when not with my club team, I help coach my sister’s 14u club team. I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the field. I hope to become a great role model to all peers and make my parents proud.
