Personal Statement
My name is Chloe Gillis. A 2028 Pitcher/1B for Firecrackers Brashear/Smith. I started playing softball at age 4. My older sister played softball, so I grew up at the fields watching her every weekend. My parents said I could be anywhere, at a store, restaurant, it didn't matter, and I would be walking around doing the windmill pitching motion. Needless to say, I'm a pitcher. I love setting the pace of the game and being involved in every play. My nickname for rec ball was Firecracker, which is very fitting since I've played for the Firecrackers Brashear organization for the past 4 years. Besides playing softball, I also play flag football. For high school, I made varsity as a freshman in flag football and softball.
