Hi!! My name is Beatriz Matos. I play for Tribe Volleyball club and I’m on 17 Elite Cardinal/17-1’s team. I’m a 6’1 Middle Blocker. This will be my fifth year playing at Tribe. Growing up playing volleyball for a very small club, it was always a goal of mine to play for Tribe. I thank God every day for how blessed I am to have the opportunity to be taught and mentored by some of the best coaches in South Florida. I’ve had some experience being a Setter before switching to Middle and I very often join other teams to practice as a Right Side attacker. At Tribe I found my passion and lifelong friends. I am very coachable and strive to be the best version of me on and off the court.
