Personal Statement
My name is Ava Porrovicchio and I am a 2007 in the class of 2026. I've been playing soccer since I was 4 years old. I play for Maryland United ECNL. In 2022, I was invited to participate in the Capelli Sport Plus Mid-Atlantic girls ID center. I am currently a Junior at The John Carroll school in Bel Air, Maryland. I earned a starting center mid-field position on Varsity as a Freshman. I was out my Sophomore season due to a knee injury. My ECNL position is starting at outside back, moving to outside midfield and striker. I am coachable and hold myself accountable as a person and player. I am a versatile field player and very motivated on and off the field. My current grade point average is a 4.2.
