Personal Statement
I have been playing baseball for 6 years and every season is different. However, the parts I love the most don’t - the competition and the chess matches. I love to compete and match wits with opposing pitchers and coaches. My view is that the better the team and pitcher gives me a better opportunity to prove myself. I have been trained to be prepared for everything and to anticipate the unexpected and I am grateful for the outstanding coaching I have received at PTA. My goal for every game is to help my team anyway I can to help them win. When someone goes to look up a player’s stats the first thing you will find is the team’s record. That is the way it should be. I hope to play this game I love for as long as possible and the only way I can extend it is to love the grind…and I do.
