Abbigail Hicks

I’m the oldest of 4 girls and the only lefty in the family. I spend the majority of my time playing ball but outside of that I help with my sisters, am active in the youth group at our church and volunteer at a local children’s home as often as I can. I started playing rec ball at age 4. In 4th grade I joined a select team where I played for 2 seasons before moving back to rec to work on pitching. I have been a select league pitcher for 5 years and enjoy the challenge and leadership opportunity that it brings. When I’m not pitching I play outfield and work hard to earn my spot in the hitting lineup. I am driven, hardworking, funny, sarcastic and perform well under pressure. I love the close bonds I form with my teammates and look forward to continuing my softball career as long as I can.
